Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel with a single click from the billing portal at any time. When you cancel, Pro remains active until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Use Manage billing to switch in the customer portal. Monthly to annual takes effect immediately, with unused monthly time credited against the new annual charge. Annual to monthly starts at the end of your current year — you keep annual Pro until then, with no refund for unused time.
What happens to my charts if I downgrade to Free?
You keep all your charts. Existing charts remain viewable, editable, and exportable. You won't be able to save new charts beyond the free limit until you're under the cap or upgrade again.
How does the annual discount work?
Annual plans are priced at exactly 6× the monthly price across all supported currencies, giving you 50% savings (6 months free) compared to paying monthly.
